RESERVATIONS
Our maximum booking size online is for 6 people.
Reservations for parties of 7 to 15 guests are available for lunch and dinner to dine on our $70 Chef’s set menu. The seasonally changing menu features selection of starters & snacks and a main course with sides and dessert to follow. Please shoot us an email to discuss and plan a time for this.
If you are interested in making a large party reservation or holding a private event (like a weekday lunch?) Drop us a line, and we are happy to talk.
Booking policy
For some reservations, we require credit card details to confirm your reservation. We don’t take a deposit from this card, however we kindly ask for 24 hours notice for any reduction in numbers or cancellation to avoid a cancellation charge of $35 per person.
Dietaries & moderations
We are unable to accommodate the following dietary restrictions: Fodmaps, vegan, dairy-free/lactose-free, kosher, halal, paleo, keto. Some of our customers find options on our menu that they can work with, and have a great experience but we cannot guarantee this every night due to our small kitchen space, commitment to reducing food waste, regional location and micro team at the Waterloo, which restricts us from having a fully inclusive menu on hand at all times.
You must advise us upon making your booking if any of your guests have any allergies or other dietary requirements to avoid disappointment. This is especially important on the set menus. We're unable to cater for dietaries without 48 hours notice and cannot accommodate these if you only advise us on the day.
We do not offer a separate children's menu unless it is on a set menu. Children aged 12 and above must partake in the set menu offering priced at $70 per person as they contribute to our total guest numbers.
Outdoor dining
Due to the unpredictable nature of Tasmania’s weather and the small size of our dining room, there will be occasions when it is simply not feasible for us to proceed with serving tables outdoors or guaranteeing window seats. You are welcome to request an outdoor table in your notes, but we cannot guarantee any table on the day.
